What happens in a GTM diagnostic?
A GTM diagnostic tests your commercial plan against what your customers actually do, rather than what the leadership team believes is happening. We look at three things: how you win, how you lose and where deals stall. That means finding out who really buys from you and why, following deals to the point where they get stuck, checking whether your pricing and packaging reflect what customers value, and seeing whether your CRM and sales process tell the truth. Where it is relevant, we also look at partnerships and other routes to market. You come away with a clear assessment of your commercial gaps and a plan in priority order, with an owner and a measure for every action. Timing depends on scope and on access to your customers, team and data, and is agreed upfront. Hands-on support can follow if you want it.

Most commercial plans are built on what the leadership team believes is happening. A GTM diagnostic starts somewhere else, with what your customers actually do.
Before anyone changes the pitch, the pricing or the team, we look at three things. How you win, how you lose, and where deals stall.
That means finding out who really buys from you and why they chose you. It means following deals to the point where they get stuck, and understanding what happened there.
It means checking whether your pricing and packaging reflect what customers value, because a price can look fine right up until late in the deal.
Then comes the honest part. We look at whether your CRM and your sales process tell the truth. If the CRM doesn't reflect reality, every forecast built on it starts from the wrong place. Where it's relevant, partnerships and other routes to market come into it as well.
So what comes out the other end? A clear assessment of your commercial gaps, and a plan in priority order. Each action has someone who owns it and a way to measure whether it's working. It's written so your leadership team can actually run it.
How long does it take? That depends on scope, and on access to your customers, your team and your data. The schedule is agreed upfront, and if you want help putting the plan into practice, hands-on support can follow.
For an investor, it gives a clearer view of whether there's a credible route to repeatable revenue before more money goes in. For a founder, it replaces guesswork with evidence. Evidence first. Then advice.
